Fox Tucson Theatre

Project Details:

Originally built in 1930, the historic Fox Tucson Theatre sat vacant for 26 years until it was brought back to its original grandeur in 2005 through an $8.5 million historic renovation. The 1164-seat theatre incorporates 876 floor seats with the remainder in the balcony. The project included restoration of historic components, and provision of lighting, sound and electrical and theatrical systems to make the facility a fully functional state of the art venue for stage performances, films, corporate and community events. The renovation was designed by Erickson Leader Architects, which merged with Seaver Franks in 2006.
