PAM KEYES, Controller | Registered Architect
People still ask me what I want to do when I grow up. Since I haven’t figured it out yet, I put on a new hat every ten years. I’ve lived in Denver, Albuquerque, Tucson, Seattle, Texas, Germany, France, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. After college, I slowly went from kindergarten teacher to published author, mother, registered architect, and now company controller. Whatever lies around the corner ahead, I look forward to the next adventure…
FÁTIMA TERRELL | Project Coordinator
Born in New York, my family moved to the Dominican Republic where I began my education, and as the daughter of a structural engineer, I was always exposed to math, science and blueprints. Naturally, I became very good at those subjects and intrigued by construction documents. After moving from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic at the age of 11 to Tucson, Arizona; my goal was to learn all I could from those subjects. In the summers— during my adolescence— I enrolled in a yearly pre-freshman engineering program known as Proyecto Access, as well as matriculating into AutoCAD courses. This knowledge aided me in 2010 to attain a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, and minors in Mathematics and Spanish at the University of Arizona. However, for years not only was I interested on the transferring of loads and how structural elements can withstand them, but also, how the spaces within a building can covey a feeling for a user. Consequently, I decided to attend graduate school and in 2014 I earned a Masters in Architecture at the University of Arizona. By working in small engineering and architecture firms I was able to gather basic skills and knowledge of “real life” construction documents that allowed me to become part of the Seaver Franks family.

MICHAEL NARDOCI | Intern
As an Upstate NY native, I am a recent graduate from the University of Arizona’s College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture with a B.Arch. Throughout my time there I was able to partake in three study abroad trips that allowed me to work on large urban projects in Hong Kong, Prague, and various projects in Italy and Barcelona that dealt with analysis of urban fabric. Now I hope to pursue residential architecture and a path towards becoming a licensed architect. In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, and traveling.
