Apache Gold Ribbon Cutting- Seaver Franks Architects, in conjunction with Kitchell Contractors’ Native American Division, completed the addition of a Fitness Center, Resort Swimming pool and commercial swimming pool at Apache Gold Casino Resort east of Globe Arizona. A grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony was conducted at the site on July 15, 2010. It was attended by members of the San Carlos Apache Tribal Council, Enterprise Board, Management Team and Staff along with the design and construction team. Master Planning has been completed for a 140 room expansion of the existing Best Western Hotel along with the existing casino and conference center.

Innovation Place- SFA , along with Burt Hill Architects, has designed an 80,000 sf Incubator Life Sciences Building at Innovation Park, Oro Valley. The flexible shell building is expected to attract tenants wanting a high profile site adjacent to the Ventana - Roche and Sanofi -Aventis campuses.

Alvernon Investors– Construction has stopped on this new 5695 sf office building until a tenant can be identified. This new infill project is a LEED Platinum status candidate as recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council and is designed with open floor plans, excellent day lighting and natural ventilation.

Beyond Bread– A new Beyond Bread Restaurant is scheduled to open mid November 2010. It is located in the La Toscana Village Shopping Center at the south east corner of Ina & Oracle. It will be the third location in Tucson. The existing retail building has been remodeled and a dining patio has been added. With many unique features, this project - along with the best sandwiches you will find anywhere, promises to deliver.
