Seaver Franks designed the new Tower Theatres, the first movie theaters to be located in Marana, Arizona, a northern suburb of Tucson. The new $11.8 million first-run 12-screen theatre features full stadium seating. The contemporary design was built using tilt-up concrete construction, and features state of the art projection and sound equipment.
