Seaver Franks designed this new $1.1 million, 5,700 SF Precertified LEED Platinum Candidate office to be located adjacent to its existing office building. This pre-engineered metal building maximizes daylighting, water harvesting, and is low maintenance.

Seaver Franks redesigned what was originally the Lerner’s Department Store in downtown Tucson to become a switch and data facility before the dot com crash. The building was then again redesigned to house various tenants including US Bank and Chile Verde.

Erickson Leader Associates Architects, which merged with Seaver Franks Architects in 2006, designed Trico Electric Cooperative’s new Corporate Headquarters on a 40-acre site in Marana, Arizona. The $8 million complex includes a Class A office building, a fleet operations building and a warehouse and testing building. The focal point of the headquarters is the office building, which houses customer service and administration, as well as employee amenities such as a dining room, fitness center, and lounges. It also includes a board room, conference rooms, and a meeting room which seats 100 people.

Seaver Franks Architects designed this 60,000 SF office park, which is composed of multiple buildings ranging in size from 8,000 SF to 15,000 SF. Interior courtyards with protected porches create breakout space giving an indoor/outdoor feeling to its corporate tenants. Exposed mortar washed masonry, rough sawn beams and clay mission style roof tile give the complex a unique, exotic flavor.

This 18,000 square foot multi-tenant office complex projects corporate image for the Northwest Tucson. Seaver Franks Architects’ design incorporates a highly reflective glass window wall with a vertical unistrut frame defining the circulation core and entry sequence.

A compliment to the adjacent Seaver Franks Architects’ designed Westin La Paloma Resort, this corporate park provides high end office space in the upper end foothills community.

Seaver Franks Architects designed this office building for prominent Tucson law firm. The iconic entry façade features a regionally, themed mural using cast stone. The high relief cast stone story panels are in stark contrast to the adjacent highly reflective window system. The strong arcade base with deep set fenestration creates the visual foundation for the glass wall above.

Seaver Franks Architects designed the Wilmot Corporate Offices located at 333-335 North Wilmot Road. The reflective glass mirrors the mountains and dramatically changing cloud patterns. Chrome, black tile, stainless steel, and a soaring black space frame entry establish the desired high-tech corporate image.
