Million Air Hangar/Offices at TIA
Seaver Franks designed the new $3.9 million Million Air office building/hangar facility north of Tucson International Airport. The new 38,000 facility will include a two-story office space in half the building and a one-story hangar that will accommodate up to 5 executive planes in the other half. The office space will include an airport terminal on the first floor for passengers and pilots.

Business Park of the Desert
Seaver Franks was selected by a Southern California developer to design two new industrial parks near the Tucson, Arizona International Airport. One is the Business Park of the Desert which is a 31-acre site which has been master planned for four phases of office/industrial condominiums. When all four phases are built out, total square footage will be over 370,000. It will be built using tilt-up concrete construction. Construction started on the nearly 100,000 square foot first phase in January, 2008.

Trico Electric Cooperative Fleet Operations & Maintenance
Erickson Leader Associates Architects (which merged with Seaver Franks Architects in 2006) designed Trico Electric Cooperative’s new Corporate Headquarters on a 40-acre site in Marana, Arizona, north of Tucson. The complex includes a Class A office building, a fleet operations building and a warehouse and testing building. The focal point of the headquarters is the office building, which houses customer service and administration, as well as employee amenities such as a dining room, fitness center, and lounges. It also includes a board room, conference rooms, and a meeting room which seats 100 people.

Beacon Group Office
This 34,000 square foot addition more than doubles the Beacon Foundation’s existing space, and consolidates their operations into a single locations. The ground floor features a light manufacturing facility and the second floor has office space and training rooms. A portion of the existing facility was also renovated.

Living Interiors
Seaver Franks designed the new headquarters for Living Interiors, Plant Interior-Design and Maintenance. The building is a pre-engineered metal framework, skinned in metal building panels and translucent plastic siding. It includes offices, a showroom and a greenhouse maximizing day lighting, security and low maintenance.
